My son was facing a difficult case. He found himself in a bad situation due to bad judgment. He was facing jail time. I found Mr. Alvarado on the Internet after my search for a highly recommended attorney via his peers. I was pleasantly surprised that he answered my call immediately. I didn’t have to go through a secretary, or an answering service. He took time to discuss my son’s case and offered a meeting the very next day. We met and I was not only relieved but confident that he was the right attorney for the case. He was very diligent and knowledgeable and he reviewed the case piece by piece. He was always in constant communication with us and was always honest and forthcoming with information. He spent countless hours on this case. It was long,but he fought the battle, and in the end my son’s case was dismissed! I not only highly recommend Mr. Alvarado, but I consider him a family friend! The most understanding and straight shooting Attorney I have ever known

Mr. Alvarado helped me out more than most would. He is very knowledgeable and kept me informed all the way through both of my cases. I was wrongly charged with MIP. I just happened to be at a place where there was some beer cans on the ground. The officers decided to give everybody MIPs. There was about 30 of us that received these. Mr. Alvarado was able to get the case dismissed without any questions. On my other case, PI, Mr. Alvarado handled this case more than I ever expected. He was able to get the case dismissed without any community service or any penalties. I would not recommend any other lawyer in this area. Mr. Alvarado does exactly what he says he is going to do. He is the way to go.

Gilbert could not have done better for us! Our outcome was just what we wanted. He guided us through a challenging process while encouraging us to stay the course. He also seems to know everyone personally, including most of the judges and attorneys and is on a first name basis with them. That really helped in our case.

Mr. Alvarado is one of the most honest people I have worked with. He is very specific with his work and reiterating the laws until you understand. Not only did Gilbert Alvarado do an excellent job representing me; but also I benefited from Jim Lindeman’s expertise. The first day I met with Gilbert he told me that he could not predict how my cases would turn out, but he did promise that he and his partners would fight long and hard for me. As a result of their hard work, my cases resulted in the DISMISSAL of both cases!

Mr. Alvarado was the the utmost professional lawyer I have ever came across.
I was arrested with a DWI last fall (2011). Without much detail i already knew it was going to be a tough case, with it’s circumstance. As I was sitting in jail, I already knew who I was going to call because I have heard nothing but amazing things with Mr. Alvarado and his extensive experience with defense law. Furthermore, I called and set up a meeting. Even with how busy he is, he still makes time and looked at every little detail to your case. Mr. Alvarado didn’t “sugar-coat” anything, simply and politely telling me that it was going to be a busy,long, rough and tough case and how every detail would make a difference. Then, we set up a payment plan (him being so understanding of my income) it couldn’t have gone any better. I, of course, leaving the office was stressed but then I knew I put my case in very good hands. He had sent me home with “homework”. EX: writing a short story of my goals, things I have accomplished, extra curricular activities, community service and so on. For instance, writing out my resume. He tackled this case in every which way, him knowing what they look at and what they look for. Mr. Alvarado was always staying in touch, also having a meeting at the scene so he could see not just what I went through but also the act of the police officers. Every time we were in court he was on time, and so professional, always letting me know everything that was going on in such a secretive way. People don’t need to know why you are there and that was the last thing I wanted.
Mr. Alvarado was so precise with everything that was built into my case. I, yes, do have an extensive background and I knew that was definitely going to be a burden. However, that did not stop Gilbert from fulfilling his duties, he would never give up. I know he worked so hard with what he had to fight for, for me. Long office hours and extensive research but he did it! He got my case dismissed, of course after plenty number of times in court. (in less than 6 months) It fell through and go got across to them that they couldn’t prove that I was driving, also found all kinds of mistake the police officer had made, research every bit about all the situations.(I was asleep on my car while it was still running) Furthermore, it he made me always feel at ease and that everything was going to be okay. I trusted him and put all of my faith in him and he never let me down, not once. Mr. Alvarado is a true blessing for people that need that fighting chance, and everyone does. I will always recommend him and will never use anyone else. Definitely more than 5 stars in all categories.

I normally do not write reviews, but this is one of those circumstances where it is a must. About a year ago, I found myself in a position where I did not know what to do. I needed legal advice and I am glad that Mr. Alvarado and his firm took time to talk with me and review my case. They walked with me step by step until my case was resolved.

I had always heard great things about Mr. Alvarado and his law firm and I knew them to be extremely knowledgeable in regards to the law, but there is so much more. They are also objective, sincere, and personable. I thought that combination was nonexistent. I was wrong.

I have hired him on 2 separate occasions for my husbands criminal cases. His first case was about 6-7 years ago and could have been facing up to 20 years for possession of a controlled substance. With the help of Mr. Alvarado he received 6 years probation. Recently he violated probation and could have been facing up to 20 years in TDC again. Thankfully Mr. Alvarado was able to get his probation reinstated.

I found myself in a very hard situation and was very nervous about the outcome of my DWI case. I was charged with a DWI with a child under 15 years of age.
